Rachel Roebuck
Position: Head of Children Law
Rachel is a member of the Law Society Children Panel and frequently represents children and their families within childcare proceedings when social services have become involved.
She qualified as a solicitor 22 years ago and also sits as a Deputy District Judge on the North Eastern Circuit. Rachel is an accredited member of Resolution in the areas of Advocacy and Ancillary Relief and Private Law Children Act Disputes.
Rachel also chairs the local sub committee of the local family justice council which is concerned with better outcomes for children and families within the family justice system.
