Tom joined Lupton Fawcett LLP in 2006 having previously been a partner with a major national law firm.  He initially headed up a team dealing with Property Finance work but has recently concentrated on recovery and restructuring work.

Tom has a wide range of experience having acted for lenders on development funding and other property finance transactions including facilities provided to non-UK based investors for over 20 years.  During this time Tom prepared lending documentation and advised on various security structures and regulatory issues.
