David Amies
Position: Partner
David joined Ramsdens in 2000 and was made a partner in the firm’s commercial department in 2004. He now heads up the Ramsden’s commercial practice in Holmfirth.
David specializes in buying and selling a wide range of businesses and much of his workload comes from referrals, or from word of mouth recommendations. In recent years, he has developed particular specialisms in dealing with agricultural land, dental practices and licensed premises.
He also acts in a wide range of commercial property matters, including the sale and purchase of residential and commercial development land, and landlord and tenant work.
