Position: SolicitorGareth is a Commercial Associate with excellent experience from his previous firms in London and Manchester; he acts exclusively in employment law issues for a wide range of employers.
Gareth has a specialism in relation to professional sporting organisations and is retained by most of the local clubs, as they prefer to have him on their side rather than on the side of their players!
For 6 years Gareth advised the Professional Footballers Association and it's members on a wide range of employment, commercial and litigation matters and acted for footballers in relation to trademark disputes, image rights and sponsorship agreements.
He currently acts for a number of football clubs and rugby clubs as well as individuals involved in sport.
