Position: Partner and Head of Commercial

Greg deals with all types of corporate and business matters including shareholders agreements, acquisitions and disposals. He also deals with a wide range of commercial matters for a mix of clients from sole traders to multi million pound companies including partnership agreements, standard terms and conditions, supply agreements, outsourcing agreements and agency and distribution agreements.

Prior to qualifying as a solicitor in 1996 Greg practised as an accountant for six years with his time equally divided between one of the largest international firms and a strong regional firm. He therefore has a wide knowledge and understanding of business matters beyond the purely legal aspects.
