Jacqui joined Ridley & Hall in 1999 as a legal secretary in the personal injury department. In 2006 Jacqui became a paralegal within the firm and assists Sarah Young, the Managing Partner, in personal injury and contentious probate work.
Jacqui is currently studying for an open university degree in BA (Hons) Business Studies.
Jacqui has also been successful in recovering monies due on behalf of clients over the last five years as she appreciates that any business needing to recover its debts values a fast, efficient and cost effective service. It is envisaged in the future that Jacqui will build the department to not only incorporate the recovery of debts but also personal debt advice for private and legally funded clients.
