Meena is a Solicitor and an active member of the Law Society's Family Panel and Resolution and trained collaboratively.

Meena has been non member partner at Ridley and Hall since 1st October 2009. She undertakes all aspects of family and child work and is head of the Ridley & Hall Family Law department.

Meena has over twelve years experience of dealing exclusively in Family Law.

She has a wealth of experience in complex children cases,  and particular expertise negotiating financial settlements for clients in the course of  separation, divorce and dissolution if civil partnership. This is an area of family law which can require a tenacious and proactive approach as well as meticulous attention to detail as failing to address difficult and complex financial issues promptly, can lead to lengthy and costly delays.  

Meena believes it is important to clearly understand the primary aim and objectives to facilitate a sensible, effective and beneficial solution particularly as emotions are often running high.

She adopts a proactive rather than a reactive approach to family law in each of its very different facets and strives to ensure that what is often a very difficult situation for clients is not made more difficult by reason of inaction or lack of foresight.

She actively encourages clients to resolve disputes regarding their children in a non-confrontational manner.

Meena is fluent in Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu and can converse in French and Creole.

Meena has expertise in advising clients in relation to Pre-Nuptial and Cohabitation Agreements.
