Erica Restall brings her specialism in asylum to bear in the fields of public law, community care and prison law. She has undertaken a number of High Court cases in relation to the provision of ongoing support and has successfully challenged Local Authority decisions so as to provide care and support to asylum seekers with additional needs. She has also had a number of successes in Public Law, often gaining a remedy prior to issuing proceedings. She has a particular interest in cases with a human rights element. Erica was featured as 'Lawyer of the Week' in the Times in September 2007.
