Jim Gladman
Position: Solicitor
Jim Gladman advises and represents clients in Yorkshire and other areas of northern. Jim joined Switalskis in January 2010. He has represented clients in personal injury claims for over 20 years and in clinical (medical) negligence claims for over 10 years.
He is recognised as a specialist in clinical negligence claims by the patient charity Action against Medical Acccidents (AvMA). Jim is accredited as a specialist in personal injury claims by the Law Society and by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) as a Senior Litigator. He is also a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association.
In addition to his medical negligence work, Jim acts for clients in claims against solicitors for professional negligence arising from the previous solicitors' negligence in the conduct of personal injury and clinical negligence claims.
