Kathryn Phillips is the head of the Family (Matrimonial) Department. She has been qualified as a Solicitor for more than 15 years and has specialised in Family Law for most of that period. She is a Specialist Family Lawyer accredited by Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) and is also an advanced member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority Family and Family Advanced Panels. Both of these qualifications mean that she has been assessed as having substantial experience and expertise in Family Law. Kathryn’s focus in legal practice is on helping clients to adopt and maintain a non-confrontational approach to family breakdown. She deals with a wide cross-section of cases, including financial matters arising out of divorce and separation, private law children matters and domestic abuse. She is also a trained Collaborative lawyer.
