Peter Byrne has held the Higher Rights of Audience (All Proceedings) qualification since 2006 appearing in Crown Court both alone and led by Counsel. Peter is a specialist in fraud and regulatory work. He has experience of defending in the full range of criminal offences from motoring offences to murder and has conducted a large number of complex publicly funded cases. He is also a Police Station and Court Duty Solicitor.
