Steve Dibb is based in Dewsbury but works in many areas of West Yorkshire. Steve joined Switalskis in November 2009. He has been a specialist in public law children’s cases for most of his legal career both as a Legal Executive and as a Solicitor. He became a Partner of Switalskis in April 2012 and gained Higher Rights of Audience in the civil courts in November 2012. This means he is able to represent clients before courts at all levels.
In past roles he has advised public bodies on child protection matters, law and policy in a number of different areas of the Country. Steve is a member of the Law Society's Children Panel and represents children, children’s guardians, parents and family members in the family proceedings court, county court and high court, undertaking his own advocacy.
