She has over 20 years experience in dealing with divorce, financial resolution and children matters, including contact and residence. She also has significant experience of co-habitation disputes and prepares pre-nuptial agreements, post-nuptial agreements and separation agreements.
Liz aims to handle each of her cases sensitively and pragmatically to ensure that the needs of her Clients are best met with minimum hostility. Liz is described by her Clients as being extremely supportive and actively promotes a conciliatory approach to family disputes. In those cases where Court Proceedings are necessary, Liz will pursue the matter in a calm and determined manner.
