Frank joined the firm's insurance litigation department (now WM Claims) in 1990 from Bradford-Pennine Insurance in Halifax.

He has a wealth of experience in personal injury litigation and insurance law at all levels and developed particular knowledge and experience of Consumer Credit Act law during the credit hire litigation of the late 1990's.

In 2004 he was appointed to head up development and design of a dedicated case management system for WM Claims, which now forms an important and integral part of the firm's CaseNet system.

In his current role as Senior Operations Manager, Frank oversees and manages a wide range of operational and efficiency projects within WM Claims.
